Once in a month is quite a good practice. However, focusing on quality rather than the update frequency is a far better practice to have a successful blog.

It is good that if you update your blog on daily bases. If it is not possible then you should update it after two days.

3-5 times a week for one
1 time a week for another
15 - 20 times a week for the other
It all depends on the industry. I have been writing blog posts for other people's blogs for years and the ones I see gaining the most success are always the ones posting multiple times a week. Some industries require multiple times a day to really gain traction, while others could be as little as once a month.

Maximum once in week, but on a fixed day and time. With latest and trending topics, unique content. Suppose if you choose advance shopify app development as a topic, then you must check each and teething and give deference about your information on the blog post.

Maximum twice a week. It's really difficult to find trending topics for posting and then write some useful content.

Many people update even daily.
