What if the low quality content in your forum is overflowing? How do you control it?

This responsibility solely remains at the shoulders of admin and moderator team.

People will try and do spam you if you have a good community. There are a lot of people who like to take the short cuts. But that doesn't mean that you cannot lead a good community.

Be online most at the time. Create content on your own first and encourage good members to contribute. Encourage also to report spam if they see any.

This problem will need consistent moderation of the authority within the forum site for them to filter the post or content in every thread.

Yeah its a good way to put an end to low quality posts.

You need to hire moderators who are willing to do that for you because its a heck of a lot job to do by one person. Hire Moderators those who are not only willing to filter your posts but also willing to contribute to your community.
