Decent host I would say. Although I haven't faced any uptime issue but during one of their schedule maintenance our site was hung (it stopped working from client end) for a couple of minutes. We reported it at once and then it took another couple of minutes to resolve. Support is also decent. And great value for money.

Support is also good for us. But everything gets resolved within generous time.

In our case everything is fine. Just they just charge us extra for backup. Whereas, our previous host used to do it for free
