Adwords of Google and media.net of Bing are the best paid traffic sources that money can buy.

Adwords is the very best. But it depends on your goals.
If you are doing it for conversions then obviously Adwords is the best option. But if your are doing it for brand awareness then FB sponsored ads are the best.
