Getting Subscribers but no sales

I am getting regular subscription through emails. The number were very good. So, after sending some newletters I started promoting some affiliate products in our niche. But since three weeks have passed but no sales. What should I do?

Are you sure that you have targeted the right people.

I mean people often gets confused on this type of things. And also the product you are targeting might not be the right one for your audience. From at this point I can only say this.

I agree. We faced this a while back. Turns we were targeting the audience which has move past the product which were back then promoting.
