They are a part of EIG group now so go figure. Once they were good and now they are bad. You can have terrible experience with support, performance, uptime anything. Nothing is reliable with them if you ask me.

Bluehost, Godaddy, Hostmonsters these are all of the same league. For small sites they can work fine but when you cross the threshold of small ones you get to see their real faces. I didn't have any bad experience with them. I just got out from them when I heard their renewal charges of our host. They were literally double.
