Is hostripple reliable? I am from US and they seems to be very decent service. I am very much liking their discounts. How are their services as a hosting provider. I am reading some reviews it seems they have mixed batch.

Support is not cool at all. They often act like that they don't even know what they are doing. I was asking for a discount since they made me good deal the first time so when I tried to buy a second product. But they straight forward refused it. Said I have to buy it in their original price. Now this is the second product I am not renewing my first hosting plan. So, I should get a discount, but they denied. Although performance wise they are quite good.

I didn't faced any performance issue either.But did faced their colossal path of their refund policy. If they had denied me the refund it would have been better since it was not worth the time I spent

Good host, awesome service. Don't know what are you guys are complaining about but they are truely fabulous. I am using their services for a year now never faced any issue.
