How many posts per week a new forum admin should do to kick-start the forum?

There is no rule about how many posts to make. But my personal favorite is to post a discussion everyday and two tutorials or how-to type content posts in a week, when i start a new forum.

In my opinion you must posts as much as you can. Because the more the content the better it is for a new forum.
