Found this hosting company. They have basically data centers in LA but some other locations are also present, I saw. They look cheap. Has anybody have any experience with them?

They are certainly not cheap that I can assure. I mean their packages can be low priced but once you add the price's of the add-ons their costs go high very quickly.
Anyway, I have always loved their custom servers. They are always quick to deliver , setup and start running once you have uploaded everything. Never had a bad experience with them performance wise. Support is also good. We still have 4 of their servers running our some odd sites.
But one thing I would like to mention that their ticket system can be better. It takes time to respond and while doing so severely impacts the uptime. Other than that haven't faced any issue with them
