What do guys say about Altushost? I know many European members are here in this forum. Are they good or bad?

In their case I would say that it depends do you have deep pockets. Because they are good for those who an pay them well. Renewal charges are very high with them. And also that they do not provide anything unlimited (bandwidth, memory etc), so if you use up extra then you will have to pay extra charges as per they feel comfortable.

I have used them a while back. They are a good host. I was using one of their Dedi's. Their machines and it's performances are really good. But their support is not even average it is closer to being bad. They can't take negative criticism.

They might look like elite hosting providers. But they are not. Billing and its support is just awful. Product wise not so bad and uptime, speed are also categorically good. But their technical support is just bad. It's like they don't even know what they are doing. They are just good at asking people to upgrade to a new plan or whatsoever.
