RackNerd Review, Good or Bad ?

I know there is already a All-in-one thread of their services. But I starting a thread because I am new to this hosting world. And I may not know very basic things about hosting a site.

I am looking at their shared hosting and reseller hosting to start with. So, asking for your personal experiences.

As, already I wrote in that thread it is recommended for a newbie like you. Yes, since you are new of course you will have fair share of questions regarding these things. Don't worry there support is very patient you will have all of your queries answered.
Back then I was a shared hosting user myself. And choose a VPS to go to with them since my site needed it. And they were helpful, I must say. They helped me install all of my necessary addons and keep my site going.
