I see a lot of bad review regarding this. So, I wanted to ask this personally. What is not good about them anyway?

Aren't you using another host?

The main thing that comes into mind is the performance. Every user in the world wants best performance because their online business depends on it. This host has a reputation of bad performance in many cases. Many got baited by the price and had the worst nightmare experience with them. Many bad complaints such as site being down, no help to come their way while downtime, support team aren't experts etc. And also they charge a lot of money when somebody renews so when starting plans just costs a few bucks and then renewing them costs 4x more people certainly feel deceived.

In my case, their outdated infrastructure. Their servers often need a full reboot and they take almost several minutes to reload. Now it might not sound much but when your competitors provide reboot less upgrades. Then you need to up the game of sure.
