Neothek Review and Feedback, Query about VPS

Neothek is a very good host. I started using their shared hosting a while back (2 years ago). And so far they have been great until recently I needed some custom script to upload onto my site. They straight up told me that in my account I cannot do that. They told me that they need to install several other packages in their servers in order to successful run the script but my current account doesn't have that kind of privileges. So, I need to update & upgrade in a SSD VPS, which is pricey to say the least and also I know nothing about running a VPS. Hell !! I don't know nothing about running my site, I just follow the instructions of our webmasters. It will be costly for us so I am asking is there any way to resolve it without spending much money.

They are a very god host, perfromance-support-billing-pricing-uptime etc are super great. I just faced this issue which needs to be addressed.

Any kind of suggestions is welcomed.

Custom scripts will need a VPS in order to run. Shared hostings just don't provide that kind of resources. You can just ask around other. But I am afraid majority of the companies who do provide even premium shared hosting will deny you.

What you can do that look for services like DigitalOcean or Vultr, with them you can deploy a VPS within $20 per month. And their you can install whatever you want. Although there is a catch here you will need to have the knowledge about running linux machines. Ask your webmasters if they can help. If yes then you can spare a lot of money. As, I recall Neothek SSD VPS's are costly indeed.
