It is one the best clouds that I have ever used. But they are a disaster when it comes to support. It took me 2 days to get delivered the server and then also the support was non-existence. I was lucky since I knew what I was doing so figured the server out & all of it's setting on my own. But that will be disastrous for any newbie.

My suggestion is purchase wisely.
