In my niche i have got many ideas to post about but i lack in writing abilities. What should i do ??

If you are lacking in writing abilities then you must hire a content writer.

As Paul said above, hiring someone to do the content writing could be an option for you.

There are many webmaster sites/forums which could help you with this.
