Does Moderators get paid?

In large forums Yes but in small forums No.

If you ask me. You are lucky if you get paid in a small and growing forum.

Most at the forums people just join because they like the forum. And if they are asked to be moderator they accept because they like the forum and hang out in it.

I haven't seen anybody getting paid unless its a very large and popular forum.
