I have been running adsense for quite a long time. There is no specific quick method to get your site approved for adsense publishing. You just publish an ad, and your site gets reviewed by the adsense team. That's it. However, there are certain things you can do to make sure that you will get approved. Always keep your content family friendly. This isn't a suggestion, it's an adsense rule. Next, make sure you never label the adsense box if you are using a text box or a widget. Finally, never write any content to encourage people to click your own ads, never click your own ads, or tell anyone to click your ads. You will be banned.

Test out your ads, and try to use recommended formats. 728 by 90 or the large skyscraper. These convert the best and have the most ad requests coming in for them. Also, no more than three ad units per site. Experiment with different placement in the site. Sometimes moving an ad from the left side to the right side, or from the bottom to the top can make a big difference in optimizing your click through rate. Also, most people don't know this, but cost per click data is used to determine how much revenue you receive for clicks. The first day you actually make over a dollar you need to audit your site. If it looks like it was a "made for Adsense" type of site, your agreement will be terminated.

Good luck and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

To my opinion there are no short path to get accepted by Google adsene.
Your content has to be good and unique, your site has to be older than 3 months(6 months if from India or China). You can just go through the adsene policies to get a more detailed picture of it.

No there is not any short cut, but if you really want to use any short cut, then make your content user friendly.
