15% CTR that's huge. And still you are wanting to increase it?
Many people will be just happy to see 5% CTR for their emails.

Although its pretty good. But if you want to increase your CTR then put a good Call to action button in your emails. Without seeing I can't suggest many more tips.

First, consider your email if it is really answers your target audience needs and expectations but of course they have the consent as a receiver not with sending bulk of emails to tons of unaware users.
