Building or Buying a site

I have a budget of $1500. Should I buy a site which is already making money or build a site from the scratch?

It totally depends on the site you want to buy. Make a complete research on the site before even thinking about buying. Check its link profiles, authority etc.

If you are getting the site from a legitimate source then go for it.

But ask yourself this question if the site is already making considerable amount of money then why would someone sell it? And also not to mention only for $1500!!!!
