Give me some tips to get maximum traffic to my videos. Which I has built in order to brand. These videos are basically tutorials and walk-through's.

Put keywords in video heading and also in the description of the video. If you do these optimizations quite right then nothing can stop you. You said these videos are tutorials, so I am assuming that they are unique and valuable to your niche.
