Minimum word length matters for accepting guest posts matter

Should I put a mark say about 1000 words to accept the guest posts in my blog? Does it really helps to create insightful content?

There is no specifics that has to be mentioned for a post to be insightful and in-depth. It can be achieved at any number of words. But if you think that putting a mark should help in order to make your content great then its okay.

A greater word length does not necessarily means that it is an insightful post. You have to check them manually in a thorough basis and see whether its good in-depth & unique or not.
