Checkout Page Query
#1
In my site I sale some of my personal products. In the checkout page I am getting most of the users exiting my site. So I showed to an expert. He told me that the scrolling down action on that page is responsible for all the exits. As users if have any error they have to fill the entire form from top to bottom by scrolling down. Here is the problem I really need users to fill the entire form. How should I resolve the matter here? Please help me with your valuable suggestions.

I have seen this thing in some of my surveys also. People don't like scrolling down again and again. The conversions are seen to increase by almost 15% if the scrolling down in excluded.
In this case of yours I will suggest you to break the entire page into two or three pages. Make the first two pages for the information that you need to be filled up and use the last page only to checkout. In this way if they have any error in filling out the form then it will not cloud the fact of checking out.

Breaking the checkout page is very good option. And also remove the fields which are not utmostly needed.

Although I am not an expert but I will say that only the payment option should be enough in the check out page.
