I have optimized by blog according to Bing specifications but still why most of the traffic is from Google rather than Bing?

Google has much more larger base of searcher than Bing the first thing is that. And second if you have optimized your site according to Bing then it has got optimized to google also as Google is much like to Bing and not to say getting in ranked Bing is much easier then in google.

Google users are more than Bing. And also Google supports all the fields whereas Bing doesn't cover that much. Google bots are fast and also have a large database than Bing.

Its simple Google has way much bigger reach than Bing. And also your content has to be great with high authority pages linking to it in order to get ranked in Bing.

In my opinion traffic source is irrelevant as long as they are targeted visits.
