AI chatbots in Hosting

Are they that much effective? Companies like Godaddy, Hostinger are using them. Often I hear complaints about them as well.

Those chatbots needs constant monitoring. Because sometimes they work and in some they don't. No much how you train them separately.

These companies ate trying to make money from an experimental thing by getting rid of actual experienced employees is just creepy.

CHatbots are not that much effective.

They need interventions from employees. Moreover they provide wrong information every now and then.
