Though there notable customers are ebay, Hp etc which are really big sharks but still i had heard that some of their advertisers had lost money, or no conversions at all.
But i the case of publishers they pays pretty well.

They says that for North American traffic CPM rate is high, about $0.25-$0.50 but for everywhere else it is flat between $0.10-$0.20
