Video Ranking Query

One of my video is ranking at the first position in youtube rankings. But it is not even ranking on the first five pages of Google search results. Why is it so?

They are completely different sites. Youtube is only a video site and google is a search engine. Google contains content ton more than youtube in its database. And not to mention the ranking process of Google is very different from Youtube.
