Actually none of the above has any direct effect on a site's SEO. They all effect but indirectly. The element that these effect directly is the outreach of any site.

All these techniques are effective in SEO but indirectly. They are the part of off-page optimization technique of SEO . So on-page of site should be properly optimized for good ranking.And also you can manage your site by online SEO tools like ViduPM, Raven Tool, etc.
