Ahrefs is also a good one. Yeah, I know and I am not talking about the tool, there is also a blog which features good actionable data driven content.
Another one will be "Robbie Richards" blog. Its not specifically a backlink or link building guide blog. But it provides useful information about online marketing strategies that you can use in the present day life.

I know many will disagree with me. But I find 'Moz' quite helpful and not just for backlink purposes. Although I follow 'Backlinko' too.

No, actually I agree Moz is great at many things. Internet Marketing is a big field and it covers the most.
