Basically it happens when you bought a list and then you directly add it to your autoresponder. You cannot directly do that. And also if you have bought a list then don't try to email them all at once. Say the list contains about 10k subscribers then first few days mail only the first 1k and then next few days the next 1k & so on. In this way your ESP will not think it as spam.
