Which are the best tools to increase sales on a eCommerce site?

Specifically there are no tools for just getting sales in a eCommerce site. But there are some tools that help to get sales such as 'Hurrify' which says how many products are left in stock and 'Girafi' which offers discount on your product in exchange of some signups, social media recommendation, or email subscriptions.

I agree with you there are no such tool. Tools will only help with the audience engagement. Such as 'Drift'. Well its a messaging app which allows the customers to directly interact with the the seller.
