Its totally depend on the online business you are into. If your site is selling something such as amazon.com then you should build an app its more favorable for sales. But if your site only provides info or its a social group then I will suggest you to not. In the second case a general mobile optimized site will just do fine. And not to mention that creating an app will cost you money so keep a good eye before investing. Wink
