How many Fb posts per day is optimum?

The number of posts per day is much over-rated topic. Most of the people think quantity over quality. You can go for 2 or 3 posts per day in the beginning. But after gaining some experience, you can increase the posts to 5-7 per day. I have seen many business page with more than 3 posts per day, and it’s not good for their page. They leave the visitors no time to engage with their page and thus, no time to think about posts.
