How do we decide if a web host is good, or Web host for SEO matters ??

3. How much customers do use it.
4. What other customers are saying about it on different review sites.
5. Comparison in pricing between different companies.
and much more.

Also, a web hosting does not directly Improve SEO but if your hosting is providing you the fastest servers, then it will diffidently help you rank higher than those whose blogs do not load quickly than yours.

Its not correct. Website loading speed has nothing to do with SEO.
