They might look like elite hosting providers. But they are not. Billing and its support is just awful. Product wise not so bad and uptime, speed are also categorically good. But their technical support is just bad. It's like they don't even know what they are doing. They are just good at asking people to upgrade to a new plan or whatsoever.
