What are the best keyword suggestion tools apart from Google Keyword planners or wordstream? A tool that will help me generate keyword ideas with my provided keyword as base.

Keyword tools will be considered as a guide (for me) for the monthly visits and related keyword phrases but I would focus more on analyzing the targeted audience behavior within an active online community. This will provide the needs and expectations of the users so you can come up with a great idea on how to effectively approach them and engage.
