New UGC attribute in links

Which type of sites should use this attribute? How its different from a normal no-follow?

Google is categorizing links. And I think UGC which is user generated content should be in the lowest category of all. Apart from sponsored ones ofcourse.

My guess is that its a start. Google will be implementing more of these.

To some point you can say yes. But nothing can be stated as it is Google.
