I mean when do you guys target any specific keywords. You target all possible angles of it. Say for example the kw 'Vegas Casino', you are targeting then for that 'Vegas Casino and Hotels', 'Vegas Bars and Casinos' etc.

Well it depends how much the adjacent kw's are relevant and related to the main kw. And how much the additional keywords can effect the main kw.
