We got links from Chinese dircetory sites

What should we do to this links? Pretty much useless and junk links these are. They are from forum and directory sites.

Actually it is becoming a major problem now. Last month we got around 17 links like these to one of our sites. We disavowed them immediately.

Yeah we got them too. As all know Google pretty much neglects any low quality links. But here is the fun fact we can't even tell whether or not they are low quality links. First of all we don't understand the language and even after translating the page sometimes makes no sense. And secondly we can't even tell that they are from real site or some cheap ad pages.
