Actually we are having difficulty choosing it. The product is very good and now in high demand. But the niche isn't.

What kind of product is it? See if its up-gradable to some extent or its just use & move on type.

Think of it in the broader perspective. Some decisions will surely look harder or today but they are beneficial in the long run.
