Do I have to check every page after the entire blog redirect?

Its wise that you do so. So, if there were any problems in the redirects then you can find and resolve them right away without loosing any and/or much traffic.

Doing a 301 redirect for an entire site can be tricky. So, we have done the redirects we go and check each and every single page. And also see in the webmasters tool that if any page is showing 404 error message or not.
