Stuffing and other employment of keywords must be avoided. In order to get best result and effect, our pages should not contain the keyword density more than 3-4%. Including keywords in title and description is highly recommended.

Let meta titles alone. They are better if you leave them blank. Let search engines decide what's best for you guys.
