If you ask me then the main part will be getting atleast 10 people to regularly contribute in a genuine way in your community.

To me the main and hardest part will be making actual people come and contribute to the society.

What exactly are you implying here? OP has asked about starting a forum. Not adding a forum script in wordpress.
