Which works better for SEO? Short url which shows only a number of the post and/or date, or Long urls which contains the head tags and/or description of the page/

I general case its really doesn't matter any more. I saw a lot page urls which don't have any kind of description just some numbers but they rank well and also outrank the pages which have descriptive urls.

Easy to remember
Can be transformed into social media services
