Competition site with Duplicate Name

Ofcourse it will affect your ranking. If you do business listing or build any link for your website then it will give whole preference to your competition that is the major factor in the reduction of your ranking system.

Thanks @yuvetta But we want to resolve this issue so that we could get local rank as well and organic as well as we are not getting Google value.

@Alians try to get new local business page with Apartment or suite no.make sure your Name and phone number is different and try to do this from new Gmail account and if you can share the details that would be great

But Why client should leave the exact address where he is doing business for long time. any other way to get it verified with same address?
