What is the fastest way to rank a blog in the search results? Some of friends suggested me of buying PBN networks. Does that work out well?

Instead of buying PBN's I like build them myself. Yeah, it may take some time but its totally worth it. Buying PBN's from unreliable sources can get you spammed and red-flagged.

Try guest posting in your fellow high authority blogs. They can get you rank faster instead of investing time and money in PBN's.

Try to optimize your page by posting quality content, then as what they said do link building. It will take time but will be worth it.
