This obviously you can get links from blog commenting but mostly there will be no follow if you want to get do follow then you can perform any other means of link building

Of course you get a link from blog commenting. But many of them are providing you no-follow link only few of them are providing you do-follow.

Blog commenting is a SEO off page technique for link building purpose, always remember to get backlinks from any blog is of Dofollow type not nofollow type, Nofollow links are only for generating traffic at your website but they will not counted as a backlink for your website as google doesn't follow it.
