Is it wise to accept Guest Posts publicly?

I mean Google is red flagging each site which is giving away links. So, guest posts, do you guys accept it publicly or it be foolish to do so??!!

Google is not red flagging each site. It depends on the site. And what you are worried about is people don't accept or talk about blog networks in public not guest posts.

It is still the most basic and efficient way to get links. Yeah, most people only think of it as a source of getting links. But if do quality guest posts in a genuine manner to share information then nothing is better than it.

Many people do this. You are not the only one.

However speaking of links publicly can be hurtful.

No one gets penalized these days. Google will simply ignore your pages.
