After the De-indexing from Google has anyone recovered?

Since the last week's Google's mess. Many sites were deindexed. After that Google get alerted and start fixing it. Has anyone got their rankings back? Or those which were deindexed, has been indexed?

A little percentage of our traffic is back. But we are seeing pretty huge amount of bot direct traffic in our sites. I don't know whether it has to something with big G or not. But its clattering our metrics.
