How to fix Schema Errors created from Yoast Plugin?
#1
I haven't added any schema to our site. And yet in the SERP's schemas are visible and also showing with errors.

As I am using yoast plugin so this must have been caused from it (as so I have been suggested).

How to fix it? I mean even though I haven't done anything wrong here.

First and the most important of all. You have to dump the Yoast plugin. Its basically a worthless plugin which has the tendency to over optimize each and every on-page elements.

Exactly, my opinion. Try using 'All in one SEO Pack'.
