Which tool to use to see whether a domain is blacklisted?

Try 'MX Tool Box'. Go there and visit the 'Blacklist' tab. In it put your desired domain name.

Its a good one. But I don't prefer any single tool is this case. I also liked to use 'BacklistMaster'.
